I don't think that any of these are overly apealing in black and white but they have great potential for color versions, especially 4. I think 4 and 5 are your best. Throw some color on them and repost.
I do like 3 and 4. it might even look better with out the box and the lines black and text white. but may be hard to read and line spacing would have to be tight?
