Mary H. - project 3 logo ideations

With the logo, I was trying to get a feel for the letters and this word. I was initially thinking it should be in a sans-serif type, but after looking for mood board images I think it would be neat to have it in a serif or handwritten style type. I chose these specific images for the layers of solid color. I wanted it to look a bit different from last year's logo, which I thought had too much white.

Project 3

With our new name "in pulse" I think of the word "synesthesia". 

syn-es-the-sia n. Physiol. Sensation produced at a point other than

or remote from the point of stimulation, as of a color from hearing a
certain sound (fr. Gk, syn = together + aisthesis = to perceive).

Pulse is essentially a rhythmical throbbing or a single vibration or short burst of sound, electric current, light, or other wave, a musical beat or other regular rhythm

Project 3

How about pulse of inanimate objects?

Light has a double property, one as an electromagnetic

wave and one as a body (photons?). In either case it

travels through space(and whatever medium) by pulsing.

The conversation about light can go on and on..and on

and on. Guess this will be my 40 word limit for now.
