I have altered the text so it is lower case and also altered the swirls so they don't look as floral. I have also played with the 20 theme along side the title.

Ive been Playing around with what people have said in yesterdays class and have done 3 variations on a new design which i have tried to incorporated a flowing form with a recognized text. See what you think.

Project 3a: Logo Sketches

I wanted to put in "20th" in the logo because it is the 20th anniversary. Since I think of Stream as streamers, I was kind of playing with that fun part of celebration by making the letters uneven and playful. I put in the school colors on some and also put in streamer like lines. The "stream" in blue was suppose to be like the color of water.

Project 2: Paul Carlson -- Mood Board

For the mood board, I was playing around with the idea of 'stream' in the literal sense. I think depictions of nature also play well into the whole green design and sustainability themes without being too over-the-top about it. Bright, vibrant colors and natural phenomena also reinforce these drivers.

Project 2

Concept mood board where the tone is colorful, playful and dynamic and has a constant design aesthetic. Re-use and 'low tech' in materials.

Sherwin David - Project 2: Stream Mood Board

Since we all came up with the name 'stream' for the 20th anniversary of this year's DAI student exhibit, my mood board consist of images relating to the word. I was envisioning images that flow like the stream or a river without being too literal. I thought that images of flowing hair and waterfall as well as auroras to be interesting. Brain waves and the like also came into my thoughts how shapes of streaming or flowing or waves can be found in nature such as trees or in space. I included images in my mood board that might inspire some of us to use for the logo, logotype or both.

project II: Marion Goldsmith (Logo for "stream")

Name

Just got this idea that we can play with the words about the name.
Such as LINK= liberality in North Korea.
maybe we can think of some words and then when we break them into letters, it also has meaning.
